About Nikolaian Law

From an early age, I was drawn to the idea of advocacy—standing up for those who can't stand up for themselves. That sense of purpose ultimately led me to law school and to a career where every case represents a real person's life, livelihood, and dignity.

After earning my undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, I pursued my legal education at Loyola Law School, where I focused on civil litigation and advocacy. That foundation prepared me not just to practice law, but to fight for meaningful results in the courtroom and at the negotiating table.

I began my career defending public agencies, corporations, and insurance companies. Over time, I realized my passion wasn't in minimizing claims—it was in helping people rebuild after hardship. Moving to the plaintiff's side allowed me to use my experience from the defense world to anticipate the other side's strategy and fight more effectively for my clients.

That transition changed everything. It gave me clarity about the kind of lawyer I wanted to be and the kind of practice I wanted to build—one rooted in integrity, compassion, and a relentless commitment to justice.

I founded Nikolaian Law APC to create a practice centered on integrity, compassion, and results. I wanted a firm where clients are treated as partners in their case—where communication is clear, preparation is meticulous, and every decision is guided by what's best for them.
